Muscular Dystrophy Queensland is a specialist, whole-of life provider. Our office is located in Nundah. On street parking is available nearby and there is convenient access to public transport, with Nundah and Toombul train stations within easy walking or rolling distance. Toombul Shopping Centre and Nundah Village provide our team with plenty of lunchtime options and the occasional afterwork social.

Contact Centre Team Leader:
The focus of this role is to lead, develop and coach the team of fundraising officers, conducting telemarketing campaigns to raise donations and other income that will fund the Organisation’s services and operations. Implementing workflow efficiencies, driving performance against KPIs, and regularly reporting results are key to the success of this position. It will also be important to understand the value of the relationship between the charity and our supporters, and be able to match the needs expressed by our community to the desire our supporters have to make a difference. Success will include growth, with your role and your team expanding as revenue increases. Download the application kit.
Client Services Officer/Support Coordinator:
The Client Services officer/Support Coordinator will be a member of the client services team, principally providing support coordination services for those participants who have chosen Muscular Dystrophy Qld as their service provider. As you probably know the Support Coordinator is tasked with assisting the participant to prepare the NDIS budget, finding suppliers and negotiating the NDIS systems which can be quite complex. The Client services team continues to provide pre-planning advice to those clients who are yet to transition to the NDIS and is involved in administering our charitable services.
