This free service connects you with trusted information and people who can help you find the answers you need.

The Infoline is a free information service staffed by knowledgeable professionals who provide whole-of-life guidance on living with muscular dystrophy or a similar neuromuscular condition. 

Available by phone or email during business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm), the service is open to anyone in Queensland seeking reliable information or support.

Our team takes the time to understand each caller’s needs and provides tailored recommendations. Some queries can be resolved in a single call, while more complex issues may require ongoing support.

Common areas of enquiry include:

  • Accessing the NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme)
  • Muscular Dystrophy Queensland’s range of services
  • Other funded services and supports, including our free charitable programs
