What an amazing and memorable morning it was on 29 April at the LIONS @ Springwood Tea4MD, where community generosity and connection were proudly on display.

Proudly sponsored by Community Bank Logan and supported by LIONS @ Springwood, the event was filled with warmth, generosity and a strong sense of community spirit. Guests enthusiastically embraced the theme, arriving dressed in red, with red bows creating a vibrant display of unity and purpose throughout the room.

Attendees enjoyed a cent auction, an exciting live auction and lucky door prizes, all made even more special by the many incredible prizes generously donated. Muscular Dystrophy Queensland sincerely thanks everyone who contributed prizes and helped make the auctions such a success.

We extend our sincere thanks to Steve Bretherton and Karmichael Hunt from the Logan Magpies for generously donating prizes and taking the time to attend the event, along with Rebel 90.5 Logan, including our wonderful MC Joel Hall. Thank you as well to Jason Luckhardt from Harcourts Property Centre Coorparoo for expertly leading the live auction and keeping the energy high, and to Kylie Williams from KWP Studios for capturing the morning so beautifully through her photography.

Thank you to every supporter, donor and client who attended on the day. Together, we raised an incredible $8,033, an outstanding result that truly reflects the power of our amazing community and its commitment to supporting Queenslanders living with neuromuscular conditions.
