OFFICE

Our office will close from 4pm on Thursday 21 December, 2023 – re-opening on Monday, 8 January 2024.

PLAN MANAGEMENT

The Plan Management team will be available during this time (apart from the public holidays) via email services@mdqld.org.au. Phone enquiries will not be available over this period.

SUPPORT COORDINATION
